This agreement has been established electronically between the parties whose information is provided below.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website www.elteres.com.tr.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

The BUYER accepts the following for the product purchased:

• Its basic characteristics
• Its selling price
• Its payment method

by reviewing them on the website.

4. PRODUCTION MODEL

Elteres products are prepared as part of special production (made-to-order).

Each product:

• Is produced after the order is placed
• Is prepared to fit the body size
• Involves handcraftsmanship

Therefore, the products are not part of mass production with stock.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are prepared depending on the production process.

Average delivery time:
10 – 20 business days

After preparation is complete, the product is shipped.

Delays may occur due to the production process.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within the scope of the legislation regarding distance sales contracts.

However;

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products custom-made and prepared upon order.

These products are excluded from returns as they are produced according to the consumer's special requests.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are only accepted for products under the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing defect
• Defective product

In this case, the BUYER must contact the SELLER within 7 days after receiving the product.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product as described.

The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

9. PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER's personal data is used solely for the purpose of carrying out the order process and is not shared with third parties.

10. AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.

In case of dispute, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are authorized.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when placing an order via the website.
