1. PARTIES

This agreement has been established electronically between the parties whose information is provided below.

BUYER:
The person who places an order through the website

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website www.elteres.com.tr.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

The BUYER accepts the following for the product purchased:

• Basic specifications
• Sale price
• Payment method

by reviewing them on the website.

4. PRODUCTION MODEL

Elteres products are prepared as made-to-order.

Each product:

• Is produced after the order is placed
• Is prepared to fit the body
• Involves handcraftsmanship

Therefore, these products are not part of mass production with stock.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are prepared according to the production process.

Average delivery time:
10 – 20 business days

The product is shipped after preparation is complete.

Delays may occur due to the production process.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within the scope of the legislation on distance sales contracts.

However;

the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made and prepared upon order.

These products are excluded from returns as they are produced according to the consumer's special requests.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Defective product

In this case, the BUYER must contact the SELLER within 7 days of receiving the product.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product as described.

The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

9. PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER's personal data is used solely for the purpose of carrying out the order process and is not shared with third parties.

10. AUTHORIZED COURT

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply in disputes arising from this agreement.

In case of dispute, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are authorized.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
