Therefore, orders are prepared as made-to-order items.

The average preparation time for your order is 10-20 business days.
After the preparation process, your product will be delivered to shipping.

Returns

For products prepared as made-to-order,
returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests due to size selection and personal preferences
cannot be processed due to the nature of made-to-order production.
